Shuttling between Nashville and Los Angeles, up-and-coming alt-pop singer Alex Ray is bringing something different to the scene. I really like her new song, “Ur Kinda Luv”, which was produced by SAYWHEN.
“Ur Kinda Luv” is a genre-blending indie pop-rock track that is both gentle and emotionally hard-hitting.
“When SAYWHEN and I wrote UKL, we were actually scheduled to cut vocals to another song,” Ray reveals. “But I had just met my partner and was too in love to get in that grimy, angry headspace.“
