In a couple of days, November 14th to be specific, American alt-pop artist B.Miles will dropping a new album called Time Doesn’t Heal. It Hides.

She’s already released two singles, “Five Alarm” and “Too Close To The Flame”, accompanying each song with a lovely music video.

“Too Close To The Flame” is a passionate pop song filled with seductive rhythms and sultry vocals. Unlike “Five Alarm”, which was a slow-burner, this one is much more dance-inducing.

The upcoming album promises to be an amazing release. About it, B.Miles remarks:

It’s been ten years since I released my first EP, Twenty Fifteen. In the years since, I’ve chased songs—but I’ve also noticed a theme, one that’s burned itself into too many lyrics. Most of what I’ve written over the last decade feels like smoke leading me back to the same flame. The songs I’ve written since seem to fold into that EP, like they were always part of the same story. Which is why, ten years later, that EP—and a handful of songs I’ve carried with me—have become something larger. Something that’s been hiding in plain sight all along. Together, these songs form an album that tells the story I’ve been circling for a decade.

Following the artist on Instagram means you will not miss any update on the upcoming album. Personally, I can’t wait to listen to the 8-song collection (remember it arrives this Friday, Nov 8).
