Malabar Princess is the just-released third album by Swiss artist Vendredi sur Mer. The 10-song collection was inspired by the landscapes that shaped her childhood growing up in the Swiss alps.
The album finds Vendredi recapturing the tenderness and nostalgia of her earlier music, and arrived with the sensual and introspective track, “J’irai en enfer”. Altogether, Malabar Princess is a captivating listen.
