Ever since I heard Kylie Rothfield’s “Never Loved Somebody”, any excuse to go back to the song is always welcome.

Last week, she released yet another song, “Temporary”. This is a fun and up-tempo track whose sound blurs the line between indie pop and alt-rock.

With dreamy guitars riffs and powerful vocals, “Temporary” is simply amazing. Lyrically, it describes a situation where one holds on to a ‘situationship’ that is clearly bound to end eventually.

Written by Kylie and co-produced by Mothé, the song was mixed and mastered by Robert Stevenson and Dave McNair, respectively. The release brings us closer to the unveiling of Kylie Rothfield’s debut album. Follow the artist on Instagram and you will never miss any update.
